Financial Intelligence
and Automation
for E-commerce Brands
We automate the work behind your numbers — document processing, reconciliation, and cost allocation — and connect Shopify, Amazon, Xero / Quickbooks, and your 3PL into one reliable workflow.
Our Services
Our Solutions
We build connected pieces that take a supplier invoice from your inbox to a reconciled, coded entry in your ledger to keep your channels, stock, and costs in the same picture.
Discuss your workflow with usDocument Processing
Turn invoices, receipts, bills, and supplier statements into structured, validated data — no re-keying, no chasing PDFs across inboxes.
AI Reconciliation
Classify account code, match transactions, and detect line item anomalies automatically and consistently across every source.
Accounting Integration
Sync with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage so clean, reconciled entries land in your ledger without a manual export in between.
E-Commerce Integration
Connect directly to Shopify and Amazon to process order history, inventory, refunds, platform fees, and payouts on your own platform.
Supply Chain Management
Bring platforms like ShipBob, Cin7, and Shopify into one picture, so stock movements and fulfilment costs build true landed cost per product.
Financial Operations
Run close, reconciliation, and reporting on one automated rhythm, so reliable numbers are ready the moment a decision needs them.
We Offer Seamless Integration with Various Platforms
We also process the documents that never come through an API — supplier invoices, freight bills, customs paperwork, and processor statements — because that's where cost data actually lives.
If you run something not on that list, it's usually still connectable. Ask.
We start with a focused pilot — one high-impact area, one set of connections — and expand from something that works rather than attempting everything at once. That order matters: a broad rollout takes longer to deliver anything and is harder to correct when an assumption turns out to be wrong.
Extracted data is validated against your own records — line totals against invoice totals, quantities against goods receipts, prices against their usual range. Calculations use deterministic, rule-based logic rather than estimates. Anything the system isn't confident about is flagged for review rather than resolved quietly, and every figure traces back to the document or transaction behind it.
Access is scoped to what each integration actually needs — read-only wherever writing isn't required — and every action is logged with who performed it and what changed. We're happy to go through your security review process; most of our clients have one.
Engagements typically start with a defined pilot at a fixed price, so you can see the output on your own data before committing to anything larger. If the pilot doesn't demonstrate the value, that's a useful answer too.
Below that, a good connector app and a careful process will serve you well and cost far less. We'd rather tell you that than sell you something you'll outgrow the value of. Multi-channel brands with marketplace settlements are where this pays for itself fastest.
What we do need is someone on your side who knows how your finance process actually works — which accounts things should land in, which exceptions matter, and who owns what. That's a few hours in the first weeks and occasional input afterwards. The technical work is ours; the process knowledge has to come from you.
Reliable Numbers, Less Manual Work
We connect your systems and automate the repetitive financial work — consolidating data, reconciling transactions, and extracting it from documents — so accurate numbers reach your tools without the manual effort.
