No. We build around the system you already run rather than replacing it.
We connect to the systems most e-commerce brands already run: Shopify and Amazon for sales, Xero, QuickBooks and Sage for accounting, ShipBob and Cin7 for inventory and fulfilment, and the major payment processors.

We also process the documents that never come through an API — supplier invoices, freight bills, customs paperwork, and processor statements — because that's where cost data actually lives.

If you run something not on that list, it's usually still connectable. Ask.
It depends on how many systems are involved, but the first working piece is usually live within a few weeks rather than months.

We start with a focused pilot — one high-impact area, one set of connections — and expand from something that works rather than attempting everything at once. That order matters: a broad rollout takes longer to deliver anything and is harder to correct when an assumption turns out to be wrong.
AI cleans and organises the inputs. It does not guess the numbers that record what happened.

Extracted data is validated against your own records — line totals against invoice totals, quantities against goods receipts, prices against their usual range. Calculations use deterministic, rule-based logic rather than estimates. Anything the system isn't confident about is flagged for review rather than resolved quietly, and every figure traces back to the document or transaction behind it.
We work to ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations, with encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, full audit trails, and data minimisation as standard.

Access is scoped to what each integration actually needs — read-only wherever writing isn't required — and every action is logged with who performed it and what changed. We're happy to go through your security review process; most of our clients have one.
Pricing depends on the number of systems connected and the volume of documents and transactions processed, so we scope it after understanding your setup rather than before.

Engagements typically start with a defined pilot at a fixed price, so you can see the output on your own data before committing to anything larger. If the pilot doesn't demonstrate the value, that's a useful answer too.
The honest threshold is when manual finance work stops fitting into someone's week — usually somewhere past a few hundred orders a month, or as soon as a second sales channel is added.

Below that, a good connector app and a careful process will serve you well and cost far less. We'd rather tell you that than sell you something you'll outgrow the value of. Multi-channel brands with marketplace settlements are where this pays for itself fastest.
No. We handle the build, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

What we do need is someone on your side who knows how your finance process actually works — which accounts things should land in, which exceptions matter, and who owns what. That's a few hours in the first weeks and occasional input afterwards. The technical work is ours; the process knowledge has to come from you.
